Open To:  Boys & Girls (1st-8th Grade)

Format: 45 Minutes of Training / 45 Minutes of Games. Teams randomly formed each week.  Small sided play, varies each practice.​

Prerequisite: Must have played 1 season of organized lacrosse or completed a Summer Camp, SB Lax School Training, or IGNITE Beginner Series to participate

Equipment:  Players to provide their own equipment. If needed for short-term use, reserve in registration.

Training to include small sided concepts to be incorporated into last 45 minutes of game play.  Players can expect instruction on even and uneven situations, transition, stickwork and strengthening fundamentals, shooting, dodging/defending, rapid ball movement and ground ball competition.
