Fall 2020 Training Sessions Overview

We are all adjusting to this new normal and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we safely return to play.  Elings Park strictly follows the guidelines of the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department and our Return to Play plan was the reason why we have been chosen to be the first sports program to resume play at the Park since the shutdown in March due to COVID-19.

Our Fall Training Sessions will provide high level instruction focusing on building and maintaining stick-work, footwork, shooting, conditioning and more.  We will ensure that our participants are ready to perform at their highest level when high school or regular Hotshots club practices resume.

Lacrosse equipment cannot be shared and players are responsible for providing their own equipment.  Helmets, gloves, cleats, and a lacrosse stick are required.  All players must have a clearly marked water bottle with their name on it.

Late registrants can contact Andy Chalupa if they’d like to join our Training Sessions after we’ve started.  All late registrants must register at least one day in advance to the next scheduled practice.  No walk-ups!  A pro-rated fee will be charged for the remaining practices.  All families must sign the COVID-19 waiver prior to participation.
