AGE/EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED GEAR:

RISING First through 8th grade players.

Players will be divided into groups based on age & experience level during camp.

Boys Equipment

• cleats (lacrosse, soccer or football)

WHAT TO EXPECT AT CAMP:

Beginners

These carefully programmed 2 hour sessions are intended to provide first-time players with proper instruction in the basic lacrosse fundamentals - holding the stick, picking up ground balls, cradling, catching, throwing, dodging, defending and shooting.

Lacrosse equipment provided to beginners at no additional cost.  Reserve in registration.

Advanced Beginners/Returning Players

Fast Paced Drills

Individual Player Development: stickwork, (catching/shooting/etc.), agility & footwork

Small Group Skill Development: games, drills, game scenarios

Team Skill Development: Full, half and small field games
